K-7 Capital to Acquire Stock of Patriot Airlines

K-7 Capital Corp. of Sherman Oaks said it has tentatively agreed to acquire all of the stock of Patriot Airlines Inc. in exchange for newly issued shares of K-7 common stock.

Patriot Airlines, based in Redwood City, Calif., began business last May as a charter air cargo carrier. K-7 said management of Patriot Airlines would retain controlling interest.
