Foothill Stock Offering Raises $25.1 Million

The Foothill Group Inc. said it raised $25.1 million in a stock offering.

Foothill, a financial services concern with executive offices in Agoura Hills and Los Angeles, said it sold 3 million shares of its common stock at $8.375 each. Proceeds from the offering will be used to repay debt and for general corporate purposes, the company said.
