Pomona : Police to Hold Open House

The Police Department will sponsor a rap contest for students and offer demonstrations by its mounted police, helicopter and K-9 units at an open house from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at the police station.
As part of National Law Enforcement Week, police will offer tours of the station, including the jail, crime analysis unit and communications center. The demonstrations will be held in the parking lot next to the station at the Civic Center.
