THE BLUE FAX: The latest in high-tech harassment? Obscene fax messages. . . . Documents and handwriting expert Jerry Browne of Santa Ana says he is working on the first such case he has come across: repeated, abusive fax messages to a local businessman. “Very, very raunchy stuff.” . . . Browne says the anonymous faxer wrote his messages in disguised longhand, but matching handwriting to the suspect “wasn’t difficult at all.” . . . The case is before the district attorney for possible prosecution, Browne says.
