A Friend in Need: Pop idol Michael Jackson has paid for the burial of a 9-year-old Los Angeles boy who was killed in a drive-by shooting earlier this month, it was revealed Thursday. Jackson was moved to help after reading that the parents of Ramon Sanchez Jr. were seeking help to properly bury their son who was mortally wounded when a stray bullet pierced the kitchen window of the family apartment in Watts. Ramon was struck in the head as he drank a glass of milk. In addition to funeral, mortuary and cemetery costs, Jackson also paid for a headstone.
