Venezuelan Navy Job for Ingalls: Litton Industries Inc. said its Ingalls Shipbuilding division has been chosen to negotiate final terms of a $200-million-plus contract to refurbish two Venezuelan frigates. A contract is expected to be signed by summer. The two 2,500-ton, Italian-built frigates should arrive at Ingalls’ Pascagoula, Miss., facilities before the end of the year. The work will involve as many as 700 Ingalls employees. The company said the employees will come from the existing work force.
