Homes for Bid: Central Orange County for under $100,000?
Auction Marketing Services of Irvine says it will be pounding the gavel Sunday at the sale of 20 new townhomes in Garden Grove. Minimum bids will be $85,000 for one-bedroom units and $99,000 for the two-bedroom units.
Prospective bidders can see the units and register for the auction at the Calais Terrace townhome project, 12641 8th St., Garden Grove, near the city’s Civic Center. The sale will be conducted at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Anaheim.
