The Rams announced Friday that John Becker, offensive coordinator and receivers coach for the Seattle Seahawks from 1989-91, has been appointed as director of player personnel.

Becker worked under Chuck Knox, the new Ram coach, from 1989-91 in Seattle. He replaces John Math, who resigned May 6 after 12 years in the position.

Before working for the Seahawks, Becker was on the coaching staffs at Philadelphia, Buffalo and Indianapolis.
