Feminists and Farrah

So Farrah Fawcett (TV Times, May 10) doesn’t want to “sound like a feminist,” but would like to say what she feels without worrying about hurting men’s egos. Too late, Farrah! But don’t despair. Many “feminists” are attractive and intelligent men and women who like and respect the opposite sex, but are opposed to oppression of any kind. When women finally enjoy equal rights in our society, they will not wish to “come back as a man,” as Farrah does, to have more fulfilling lives.
