Gun Proliferation and Violence
Your series on guns in Los Angeles proves what everyone already knows. Los Angeles has a very serious gang problem. In one article, “An Ordinary L.A. Weekend: 53 People Hit by Gunfire” (May 19), I figure at least 44 of these were gang related. Just when is The Times going to wake up to the real problem?
