West Covina : Sewer Fees to Drop
Residents will pay 1.4% less in sewer maintenance fees during the 1992-93 fiscal year.
The City Council on Tuesday adopted a resolution to reduce the annual fee and collect it on the county tax bill.
The $17.74 per household charge decreased from $18 because of declining expenditures, said city engineer Harry Thomas.
The city expects to collect $685,000 in payments, which will also be used for capital improvements and water quality management, he said.
