Arcadia : Search Firm Hired

City officials agreed to pay an executive search firm $13,500 to seek a replacement for former City Manager George Watts, who resigned May 7.
The City Council forced Watts to resign because officials said they wanted new leadership. Planning Director William Woolard was appointed acting city manager May 18.
Ralph Andersen and Associates was retained for the search, which will take from two to three months.
