Nineteen employees at a Navy warehouse in San Diego will split a $2.96-million Super Lotto prize, state lottery officials said Wednesday.

The group of warehouse workers, office personnel and managers at the Navy Public Works Center has been playing for three years and includes (Lucky Larry) Hyner, 55, of Chula Vista, who had won $30,000 in previous prizes.

“Other people want me to start buying tickets for them because I’ve been so lucky,” he told lottery officials.

The winning ticket was purchased at Jack’s Market in National City, and group members will split the prize depending on how much they put in. Most of the winners will get $8,705 a year for 20 years.

Vacations, new cars, investments and church donations are among plans for the lottery winnings.

“They’re excited. Everybody’s happy,” Hyner said.

Other members of the group are Felicitas Lauron, Edwardo Basto, Luviminda Pangilinan, Armando Lujan, Juan Concepcion, Robert Usher, Horace Jones, Simon Newsome, Antonio Manzano, Felicitas Burback, Rudy Cruz, Maximo Alejandro, Lawrence Miller, Solomon Caparas, Manual Pavia, Thomas Delaney, Daniel Riingen and Julio Pasion Jr.
