Urethane Plans Stock Issue

Urethane Technologies Inc. said Friday it will issue as many as 1 million new shares to the public in the next few months.

The company said it intends to sell shares for not more than $5 each after a .72 reverse stock split.

No prospectus has been issued yet by the company, so no date has been set for the sale. Urethane Technologies already has 7 million shares outstanding.
