Employees at Exxon International headquarters here have taken to wearing blue ribbons pinned to their clothing as a reminder that their chief, Sidney Reso, is missing and feared kidnaped.

It has been 37 days since the Exxon division president vanished from outside his New Jersey home in what many believe was a bold kidnaping.

A massive FBI manhunt that started hours after his disappearance has shed few clues as to his whereabouts.
