PLATFORM : At What Cost?
There’s no question that the Border Patrol was wrong when they chased the illegal aliens, especially in a residential area where peoples’ lives were in jeopardy.
Innocent people have had their lives taken away. And for what? To keep people out of our country.
Was there a point to be proved?
I just can’t comprehend why this tragedy had to occur. Does the Border Patrol think it prudent to chase somebody at 100 m.p.h. in a school zone? It’s completely insane.
Yes, they caught the illegals? But at what cost. What did it accomplish? Whatever their reason, it was not worth it. Life is too precious.
In the aftermath, hundreds of lives will have been changed because of this terrible accident. An accident that should have never happened.
