Case Dismissed: A $25-million palimony claim against British rock star Rod Stewart filed by model Kelly Emberg was dismissed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court. Judge David Horowitz found no merit to Emberg’s claim that the 47-year-old gravelly voiced singer owed Emberg half of all the assets they acquired, including homes in Holmby Hills and Epping, England. Stewart’s attorney Louis Miller said that Emberg “contended that there was an agreement between them to take care of her after their divorce and for life, and the judge said no. That’s it.” Emberg’s lawyer declined to comment. The pair met in 1983 and two years later were living together “as husband and wife” until 1990, the suit claimed. The couple have a 4-year-old child. Stewart married model Rachel Hunter in Beverly Hills in December, 1990.
