Whither Joey: A spokesman for Joey Heatherton said Thursday her name was prematurely placed on the marquee and in some ads for the Tin Pan Alley revue “Stardust,” but in fact it won’t be decided until today whether she will join the show during its extended stay at the Wilshire Theatre.
