Nuclear Ban: British Nuclear Fuels, which operates the Sellafield nuclear power plant on the northwest coast of England, is going to court in an effort to prevent Greenpeace and the band U2 from holding a demonstration on its property June 20. U2, Public Enemy and Big Audio Dynamite are giving an anti-nuke concert in Manchester the night before. A Greenpeace spokesman said it is not known whether U2 will perform at the nuclear plant site. British Nuclear Fuels had earlier given permission for a small demonstration, but has tried to stop the event since learning that more than 10,000 people are expected.
