Tekelec named Vincent J. Dugan vice president of marketing for the Calabasas producer of telecommunications testing equipment.

Dugan formerly was vice president for marketing, project management and customer engineering at Computer Consoles Inc. in Rochester, N.Y. He also formerly held posts at Northern Telecom Inc. and American Telephone & Telegraph Co.
