Eagle Rock : Store Owner Sentenced
The owner of an Eagle Rock electronics store was sentenced in Los Angeles Municipal Court to perform 175 hours of community service or pay $1,300 in fines for misleading customers and charging them for unauthorized repairs.
Commissioner Barry Kohn also ordered Gerald Mayo, 53, owner of Jerry’s TV Sales & Electronics at 2148 Colorado Blvd., to pay his victims $2,400 in restitution, said Mike Qualls, a spokesman for the city attorney’s office.
