HemaCare Corp. Raises $2.41 Million

HemaCare Corp., a Sherman Oaks provider of blood-related products and services, said it raised $2.41 million from the exercise of warrants that allowed the holders to purchase HemaCare common stock at $3.50 per share.

The company said the 695,272 warrants that were exercised represented 99% of the 700,000 warrants issued along with an offering of HemaCare common stock in October.
