Hate Crime Law Voided by Court

Share

The court ruled that hate crime laws infringe on freedom of expression. As a Mexican-American, I’m sure I wouldn’t appreciate some racist expressing his freedom on my property. I also know that if I expressed my “freedom” on someone else’s property I’d be arrested. I’d like to know why those who commit crimes always seem to have more rights than the victims? Aren’t those criminals trespassing on the rights of the victims?
