Police Block Holes in Abortion Clinic’s Fence

MILWAUKEE — Police used portable toilets and a squad car to block holes in a fence around an abortion clinic Wednesday after several children protesters broke through one opening and ran toward the clinic entrance. Nine children were arrested, an officer said.
