Buckley started the Dancer’s Studio 21 years ago in a converted garage before it moved to its present location on Signal Street, Tom Buckley said. About 150 children and adults take classes in tap, jazz and ballet at its studios.

She had danced since girlhood, performing at the Starlight Theater in Kansas City, in a Jane Fonda exercise video and in several Ojai theater productions, including “Oklahoma!” and “Annie Get Your Gun.”

Besides her husband, Buckley is survived by two daughters and relatives in Kansas City, Mo.
