Judge Freezes Saudi Banker’s U.S. Assets: A federal judge has frozen the U.S. assets of Sheik Khalid ibn Mahfouz, indicted in the BCCI scandal, and the Federal Reserve Board revealed that it is seeking a $170-million fine from the former Saudi Arabian banker.
