The Region : Hazardous Waste Collection
Los Angeles County has scheduled a household hazardous waste roundup on Saturday in Glendora to collect materials that may not be legally discarded with household trash, such as motor oil, paint, paint thinner, turpentine, cleaners with acids or lye, pesticides and herbicides.
Collection of items will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Citrus College, 1000 W. Foothill Blvd.
