Phil Rubenstein, 51, an actor who appeared in more than 100 television shows and several films. A native New Yorker, he studied theater at the University of North Carolina. His films included “Another You,” “Robo-Cop II,” “Tango and Cash,” “The Last American Virgin” and “Rhinestone.” On June 26 in Los Angeles of heart failure.
