Orion Pictures Corp. announced the appointment of Diane Keating as president of its Orion Pictures International subsidiary. Keating will oversee Orion’s international business in the theatrical, home video and television sales areas and coordinate all marketing and distribution activities of the film maker’s international division.

She replaces Bob Meyers, who has left the company.

Keating joined the international division in 1987 as vice president heading up its home video market. In 1990, she was promoted to senior vice president and No. 2 executive reporting to Meyers.
