Stein Appointed President of DMS Systems Inc.

* Mark S. Stein has been appointed president and chief executive of DMS Systems Inc., a Santa Ana high-tech company. He was formerly founder and president of Strategic Ventures Inc. in Laguna Hills. Stein has also held positions with TRW, United Technologies, ITT, Computer Automation and General Instruments.
