Saturn to Offer More Auto Choices for ‘93: General Motors Corp.’s Saturn division said it will introduce a new entry-level sporty coupe and two wagons for the 1993 model year. The three new vehicles will bring the number of models offered by the successful Saturn division to seven. Saturn said the coupe will carry a suggested retail price of $10,995. The SW1 wagon will have a sticker price of $10,895, and the SW2 model will sell for $12,195. Saturn said all of its 1993 model cars will include a standard driver’s side air bag as well as “a number of product and technological refinements.” Saturn said it raised 1993 prices an average of 2.5%, about $205, over comparably equipped 1992 models. That is on top of a $200 per unit price hike in March.
