Bomb Hoaxer Gets 4 Years

LONDON —
A hoaxer was jailed for four years Friday for claiming that a bomb was about to go off at a busy London subway station just two days after an explosion at another railway terminal. Judge Gerald Butler told Bernard Docherty, 42, who admitted making the claim in a telephone call to police in March, that a spate of bomb hoaxes must be stopped.
