Double Play: Scher-Voit Commercial Brokerage Company Inc. has overseen a couple of nice-size sales recently. The brokerage represented both the buyer, Los Alisos Development Co., and the seller, Mission Viejo Co., in the $10.5-million sale of a 40,564-square-foot retail shopping center in Mission Viejo. Scher-Voit also represented both buyer and seller--Smith’s Food & Drug and Weiler/Frost/Compton Trusts, respectively--in the $6.2-million sale of an eight-acre shopping center in La Habra.
