FileNet Corp.: The Costa Mesa manufacturer of image and data-processing systems reported that profit for its second fiscal quarter dropped to $601,000, or 5 cents a share, from $2.2 million, or 20 cents a share, for 1991’s second quarter. Revenue for the period, which ended July 5, was up 20% to $34.6 million from $28.8 million.
