Laser Precision Corp.: The San Juan Capistrano maker of test and measurement devices said its second-quarter profit fell to $151,000, or 3 cents a share, from $647,000, or 14 cents, for the same period a year earlier. Revenue dropped 16% to $5.3 million from $6.3 million. For the first half, the company reported net income of $25,000, or 1 cent a share. In the first half of 1991, Laser Precision had earnings of $771,000, or 16 cents a share, which included a loss of $616,000, or 14 cents a share, from the disposal of discontinued operations. Revenue for the first half declined 24% to $9.9 million from $13 million.
