The Times

The United States Virgin Islands team, small but colorful, marched in the opening ceremony as if it were a day at the beach. Their uniforms were red and blue flowered shirts and shorts, men and women.

Immediately behind them marched the British Virgin Islands team, stepping smartly in crisp white shirts, buttoned up. Stiff upper lips, all.
