RYAN’S HOPE: Lisa Dean Ryan, who attended Los Alamitos’ Orange County High School of the Arts, is among the cast members in Fox Network’s new “Class of ’96.” . . . It’s an ensemble drama about seven college freshmen. Till now, she’s best known for portraying Doogie Howser’s girlfriend Wanda for two seasons. . . .
