Herbert G. Prinz has resigned as president, chief executive and a director of Western Security Bank, a Toluca Lake-based bank that also has offices in Santa Clarita and Pasadena.
The bank said that until Prinz’s successor is named, the bank will be managed by Hugh F. Waddell, executive vice president, and Thomas L. Batt, chief financial officer. Prinz remains a consultant to the bank and a director of its holding company, Western Security Bancorp.
