Lockheed Corp. of Calabasas said Ronald R. Finkbiner, 53, has been named vice president of contracts and pricing and has been elected as a corporate vice president. Finkbiner, formerly Lockheed’s director of contract pricing, succeeds Robert C. Johnson, 59, who retired because of ill health. Johnson had a 30-year career with the defense and aerospace corporation.
