Owners say the Ortcard, which depicts the Kremlin, will be honored in the Baltic states, Europe and even a few places in the United States. . . . Ort International is the first privately owned Russian trading company to move to the United States since the Cold War ended (D1). Its owners are making U.S. friends: They bought the cards from a Minnesota company.
