DO YOU KNOW HIM? It may not shake them up at American Express, but a Russian trading company based in Irvine will soon put out its own ruble-based credit card. . . . Owners say the Ortcard, which depicts the Kremlin, will be honored in the Baltic states, Europe and even a few places in the United States. . . . Ort International is the first privately owned Russian trading company to move to the United States since the Cold War ended (D1). Its owners are making U.S. friends: They bought the cards from a Minnesota company.
