Olympics, Week Two: Doesn’t Anyone Have Spirit of the Games?

NBC’s Olympic coverage is a sports fan’s nightmare: Portentous music creating pseudo-suspense, and endless coverage of U.S. athletes to the exclusion of everyone else. This includes the bicycle race in which the U.S. rider finished 28th yet was interviewed after the race while we heard nothing from the gold-medal winner from Australia.

Please, NBC, the public wants to see and hear from the best Olympic athletes, period.
