Temperature Trouble
As the Qantas flight from Sydney landed at LAX, the captain told us the temperature in L.A. and added: “The U.S. and the Bahamas still use Fahrenheit for some reason.” Why doesn’t this country get in step with the rest of the world in this and the metric system?
