Combat Roles for Women

At the risk of being called a reactionary Neanderthal, or much worse, I would like to submit the premise that women should not serve in our armed forces in any capacity except possibly for office clerical jobs.

Being a man, I believe relatively normal, I know that close proximity to members of the opposite sex leads to thoughts and actions that are par for the course. Meaning, of course, intermingling and doing “what comes naturally.”

This business of sexual harassment is normal and natural whether you approve of it or not--and will always be with us.

And to add to this heresy, I have to ask, why a normal reasonably attractive female would want to join the armed services? I have to assume that the chances of landing a husband or boyfriend are much more likely under close proximity.
