William R. Brasher has been appointed a partner in the Anaheim law firm of Farano & Kieviet. He will head FKB Cornerstone, the firm’s new real estate and business consulting division. Brasher had previously been executive vice president and counsel for Irvine-based Lusk Co. and was responsible for the company’s Northern California projects. Before that, he was executive vice president of the Pacific Lighting Real Estate Group and president of Dunn Properties Corp., both wholly owned subsidiaries of Pacific Lighting Corp.
