Richard H. Kopel is one of three executives at Case-Swayne Co. Inc., a Santa Ana-based food processor, to be promoted to senior vice president from vice president. Kopel, a 30-year company employee, is the company’s chief financial officer. Michael J. Wetterauer, another new senior vice president, is in charge of sales and marketing. Alan W. Wright, the third senior vice president, heads corporate operations. In addition, Yolanda A. Guibert, who had been director of human resources, and Kathryn A. Ware, formerly director of quality assurance, were both promoted to vice president.
