College Students Receive Interest-Free Loans

Six Glendale students were selected by the Glendale Community Foundation Board to receive interest-free student loans of $1,000 each from the Pearl Gray Student Loan Endowment Fund.
The recipients are Steven Cugley, who will attend UC San Diego; Michelle Sullivan, a student at Loyola Marymount; Kyle Ransford, who will attend San Diego State; Steven Hull, who will attend USC; Kelly Heap, a student at the University of San Diego, and Krista Johnson, a student at UC Riverside.
The endowment was set up in 1973 for Glendale community students who are entering college or continuing their studies.
