ORANGE BLUES: Music people used to see Orange County blues as an oxymoron; it was almost nonexistent. But now more than 20 local night spots feature the blues at least part time (OC Live!, Page 3). . . . Several local musicians have attained blues prominence: the Mike Reilly Band, which sometimes plays with Greg Allman, Junior Watson, Al Blake and Walter Trout, who played with Canned Heat.
