COUCH POTATOE? TV Guide each week asks one or two prominent people what they watch on television. This week it’s Rep. Robert K. Dornan (R-Garden Grove), and he was as outspoken as usual. The congressman wrote that he loves “Masterpiece Theatre’s” “Portrait of a Marriage,” calling it a “training film for lesbians.” He adds: “It’s utterly decadent and superbly done, which makes it even more dangerous.” . . . Dornan adds he hates the Arsenio Hall and Jay Leno monologues: he’s tired of them bashing Dan Quayle.
