Buffett Has 10.81% of Wells Fargo: Omaha investor Warren E. Buffett said he holds a 10.81% stake, or about 5.54 million shares, in Wells Fargo & Co., according to an amended filing with the SEC. On Aug. 12, he said he had increased his stake in the San Francisco bank to 10.75% from about 9.6%.
