FAST FOOD, UH-HUH! Officials at Capistrano Valley High School in Mission Viejo may have the answer to keeping students happy during lunch. Its district board Monday night will hear a proposal by Pepsico to set up a lunchtime food court at the high school through its subsidiaries Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and Kentucky Fried Chicken. It would be the first U.S. high school to try the idea, but it’s already on college campuses.
